Registration Deadlines
The last day to register for the early-bird rate is August 7, 2009. Registrations received after August 7, 2009, will be charged the advance rate until October 2, 2009. Registration received after October 2, 2009, will receive the on site rate.

ASTRO Full Conference Registration Fees
Full conference registration includes admission to the ASTRO educational sessions, Exhibit Hall, and Presidential Poster Session and receptions.

* Students are defined as being in premedical, medical or related educational program. Radiation oncology residents must join ASTRO as Members-in-Training. Residents from other disciplines must join as Associate members. To be classified as a student you must provide the name of your school and program of study.
Attendee One-day Conference Registration Fees
One-day conference registration includes one-day admission to ASTRO educational sessions and the Exhibit Hall. If you would like to attend events on Saturday, you must register for those events separately, it will not count against your one-day registration. If you would like to attend more than one day of the meeting (exception of Saturday), you must register at the full conference rate.

ASRT/SROA Full Conference Registration Fees
ASRT and SROA attendees who have already registered directly with ASRT and SROA may attend ASTRO sessions by paying a reduced registration fee. In order to receive these reduced rates, you must provide the registration confirmation number received from ASRT or SROA when you registered.

ASRT/SROA Exhibit Hall Only Registration
Registered ASRT or SROA attendees may visit the ASTRO Exhibit Hall for free. You do not need to register with ASTRO. Your issued ASRT or SROA conference badge will provide you access to the ASTRO Exhibit Hall during hall hours.
Spouse/Family Registration Fees
Spouse/Family registration includes admission to the ASTRO Exhibit Hall and Poster Viewing Sessions and receptions. It does not include access to the educational sessions; spouse/family registrants are not eligible for continuing medical educational credits. Only full conference attendees are eligible to register one spouse/family member.

Ticketed Event Registration Fees
A number of ticketed events are being offered at this year's Annual Meeting. These ticketed events require separate registration and an additional fee. Only full conference and one-day conference attendees are eligible to register for these events.

Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before October 2, 2009.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- All registration refunds will be processed 60 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
- Cancellations of a registration with the Virtual Meeting package on or before October 2, 2009, includes cancellation of the Virtual Meeting package.
- eASTRO Computer Learning Lab session and computer preference changes can be made until October 2, 2009. After October 2, 2009, no changes in session or computer preference can be made online or on site.
- Due to the high popularity of the eASTRO Computer Learning Lab sessions, the registration fees are nonrefundable.
- No refunds will be given for refund requests received after October 2, 2009.
- Registration fees are nontransferable.
Visa Information
Citizens of foreign countries in most cases will need to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Please note it may take up to three months to obtain a visa. For additional information, please visit the U.S. Department of State Web site. You must be registered and paid in full before ASTRO will send you a visa letter of invitation.
